So many thoughts and questions.....

Lots of driving and thinking time, but no visits to Wales the last few weeks. Call me simple but if a law is passed surely if flaunted legal action should be taken. So if the law says dogs should be able to display their natural characteristics, ( you know like walking!!!) and they cannot ever, is that not illegal, so therefore if the council licence a puppy farm and it has illegal premises should not the council also be taken to court.

 Is it not the right of the people to look into charities financial reports and see what money lies in off shore accounts and is not being spent for what it is donated for.

Does the R.S.P.C.A stand for the royal society for prevention of cruelty to animals? So should the trades standards step in, as money clearly is not being spent to prosecute councils who licence illegal farms and the farmers!!! Why are other people not asking these questions?
